+Returns the scroll position of the current page.
+
+- Use `Window.pageXOffset` and `Window.pageYOffset` if they are defined, otherwise `Element.scrollLeft` and `Element.scrollTop`.
+- Omit the single argument, `el`, to use the global `Window` object.
