+Takes a number and returns it as a string with the correct ordinal indicator suffix.
+
+- Use the modulo operator (`%`) to find values of single and tens digits.
+- Find which ordinal pattern digits match.
+- If digit is found in teens pattern, use teens ordinal.
+
