Checks if a string is upper case.

- Convert the given string to upper case, using `String.prototype.toUpperCase()` and compare it to the original.

const isUpperCase = str => str === str.toUpperCase();
```

isUpperCase('ABC'); // true

isUpperCase('aB4'); // false
```
