Checks if the bottom of the page is visible.

- Use `Window.scrollY`, `Element.scrollHeight` and `Element.clientHeight` to determine if the bottom of the page is visible.

const bottomVisible = () =>
  document.documentElement.clientHeight + window.scrollY >=
  (document.documentElement.scrollHeight ||
    document.documentElement.clientHeight);
```

bottomVisible(); // true
```
