### Hexcode to RGB

Converts hexadecimal colorcodes to RGB colorcodes by matching the hexidecimal (two-digit) red, green and blue values and 
mapping their decimal equivalents to an array [r, g, b]. Returns a string `rgb(r,g,b)`.
