Generates a UUID in Node.JS.

• Use crypto.randomBytes() to generate a UUID, compliant with RFC4122 version 4.
• Use Number.prototype.toString() to convert it to a proper UUID (hexadecimal string).
• crypto.randomUUID() provides similar functionality.
