Creates a directory, if it does not exist.

• Use fs.existsSync() to check if the directory exists, fs.mkdirSync() to create it.

const createDirIfNotExists = dir => (!fs.existsSync(dir) ? fs.mkdirSync(dir) : undefined);

createDirIfNotExists('test'); // creates the directory 'test', if it doesn't exist
