Calculates the angle (theta) between two vectors.

• Use Array.prototype.reduce(), Math.pow() and Math.sqrt() to calculate the magnitude of each vector and the scalar product of the two vectors.
• Use Math.acos() to calculate the arccosine and get the theta value.
